Speaking of windows, another service that sets Wagner’s Home Remodeling apart from others is that they sell their own brand of vinyl windows. They make them in the basement, custom to your needs. If you have an opening that needs a window, they can most likely fit it. They were polite and went right to work. At the end of the day, they cleaned everything up. The service is going worse in the last years.
Randy coordinated each job at a reasonable pace. He inspected that the jobs were done correctly. Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The professional waitstaff at this spot can demonstrate how much they like their customers. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Wagner’s does anything from small jobs, like changing out glass in a window, to big jobs like installing hardwood flooring throughout the house. All of the installers and the crew are employees of Wagner’s – they do not use any subcontractors. They are licensed and insured and are fully in charge of the job from start to finish!

Very touristic and loud but nice place with traditional food and Apfelwein. Once you enter you are overwhelmed with locals all sitting on common tables most of which having the local apfelwien . The menu was filled with a local cuisine that maybe locals would love. We had rindwurst and the famous Frankfurt green sauce, which we found was to be good but not great.
Chose Wagner who told me new roof need in 3-4 years. Roofing crew arrived promptly and went to work. Installed new ice guard and underlayment and new shingles. Cleaned up debris and work area every evening. Very satisfied with performance and outcome. House resided from aluminum to vinyl.

I've received several compliments from the neighbors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Randy Sindeliar spent about two hours reviewing the existing roof and ventilation. He then explained what their company would do for this project and provided samples of all material that was going to be used. Randy explained the type of shingle, the warranty and how many nails per shingle would be used. He also explained the required ice guard and how the flashing would be installed.

Wagner Home Improvement exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, we received professional care and service. Larry, the owner, was our point of contact throughout the process and he was on-time, thorough, and promptly answered our questions. He was honest and accurate with pricing and installation timeline. The windows were ready to be installed within the original time quoted.
When you come in there is a corner like one of the snugs in an old Irish pub and the saying goes that "standing there are the people that are always standing there". Once you sit down it is hard to get up and leave. You feel good just sitting there for hours.
Randy provided an on-site quote that was followed by the formal agreement. He told us that the installation would be in about 30 business days from out acceptance which was correct. They secured the required permit from the City prior to work start. The first day, the crew of four started early and went right to work.
Each crew individual went to their task and worked all day. The experience level of the crew was high since thy have all worked for Wagner for 20+ years. I have to say that this firm does quality work without cutting corners and completed a very professional job. I am thoroughly thrilled by the quality of the install and the cleanup. All crew members were very professional and they all worked very hard to complete the roof in three days. Adolf Wagner has been in business since 1931 and the place is full of mostly locals with a smattering of tourists.
It is mentioned in at least two of the major American guidebooks on Germany. Our orders did not arrive together and mine was served about 10 minutes later. My dish was a sort of uninspiring meatloaf with potato salad. The prices are good here, which is a redeeming quality, and the restaurant is obviously a success. Their license was verified as active when we last checked.
